en It's exciting coming back into work, it's always a good laugh. I enjoyed my time at Real Madrid, but it's nothing like coming into a dressing room where you understand all the jokes and everything else.

en We're just asking people to kind of look at how they're getting their comedy a little bit differently. It's an art that takes 20 years to perfect. Look at Noel Edmonds: he can't sing, he can't dance, he's shit at telling jokes but he's been on TV for decades because he's such a skilled presenter. He can take a very basic format like Deal Or No Deal and make it seem really exciting to watch.

en This is just window dressing unless (the owners) have completely changed their philosophy, but I don't expect that. I just don't understand where they're coming from. We've told them time after time. It's just about one thing. And I think it's become quite personal for them to crush the union and become successful that way. How it affects the game doesn't really matter.

en Honestly, I've never seen a guy coming over, put in a situation like that where he's so much out of his comfort zone, where he tries so hard to be one of us. He is one of us. He loves being over here. He loves coming to the dressing room, practicing, playing. He loves USA. He loves the country. He loves how things are run here.

en I was happy, going from Pittsburgh to here. I was pumped. Coming back to Alberta, coming back to Canada, coming to a good team. But now, if it happened again, I'd be really disappointed. Everyone likes it here -- we win, good atmosphere, good town.

en We need to get back in the gym and work. Teams are coming at us real hard, and we're not responding like we should be. But we'll get it together by the time the weekend comes around.

en Our whole thing was this is going to be a two-game tournament so we can get ourselves going again. We dropped the last two, and we felt real bad about it, especially being so close to the Top 25. Now, we got Dayton coming in here, GW coming in here. Both of them are real good teams. We didn't want to just get back on track with some mediocre teams. We have to get on track with a really good squad.
