en I will have the stitches out on Thursday. I had a little setback but it was not back to square one. It is clearly healing nicely and I am hoping I can play again for Newcastle this season.

en Katrina is a major setback for Bush - back to square one. It's a setback for the Republicans as long as Bush is the face of the party. And, at least until 2008, he is the party.

en We were hoping to play Austin or somebody else, but we got stuck with Rio. The regular season means nothing right now. We're all 0-0 when we square off (today). The bottom line is who wants to win more. We just hope we want to win more than they do.

en I'm hoping to be back in a month, there's a fair amount of stitches in the back of my leg and because it's on the crease, it's going to take a little bit longer to heal and there's probably no reason to push it at this stage.

en He?s healing nicely. His skin will eventually grow back along with his hide and hair.

en This isn't what we had hoped for. We're hoping to come back and play a lot better than what did toward the end of last week. Hopefully we can get back on the right track. There is still a long season ahead of us and we just need to come in every day expecting to compete and do everything we can to win ball games.

en We got everything we wanted. We got the people back. We got the alumni back. The setback was that we didn't perform. If we play well and get beat by 25, that's not a problem. But to play that poor and get blown out, that's no fun.

en Most guys would've taken the rest of the season off. He was able to come back at the end of the season, and really he was anxious to get out there sooner. It's just the doctors wanted to make sure the healing process was complete.

en If they could have brought him back, they probably would have done. It's worked out well for us, being able to keep him until the end of the season, but, in the long run, he's Newcastle's player, it's down to them and James will have to do what he's told.
