Today, we're standing in just as wondrous a scene in Florida and just as an important part of this state. It commands our care and attention. We don't necessarily shop at the same stores as Florida, Florida State and Miami, but we do recruit this area and being down here is a real plus for us.

Putting the right plant in the right place will determine how a plant handles hurricanes, how it'll disperse the wind. If you put a plant that has a superficial root structure in an exposed area, then you're not setting it up to sustain a hurricane.

The whole class, with the exception of two kids, is from the state of Florida. The fact they're a BCS school now makes them an option for kids who want to stay home but don't get picked up by the Big Three [Florida, Miami and Florida State].

The first thing we have to do is prioritize Florida State. I'm not even thinking about Miami or who's even on Sunday. I think we learned from the N.C. State match that we need to take it one at a time. The first part of preparing for this weekend is respecting Florida State and their desire to come here and beat us.

One of the advantages to the new plant was that we've promoted people and moved them down there for positions. We provided them opportunities down there, and in the meantime, opened up sale territories for people in this area. More employment to local area was created as a result of promoting people here to the southern plant.

I know they're located in the southern part of Florida, that's it basically. I've heard of Florida State and Florida, big schools like that. I never heard of South Florida. I don't know what city it's in.

We've been interested in encouraging the owner, whomever that is, to think about moving the plant farther back. We would still like to see it move because we believe the beach area has a better use than a plant.

I really believe Florida, more than any state, has not gotten hold of its erosion problems. Florida beaches are either doomed or the state is going to have a huge nourishment bill in the future.
