It's a bigger deal in name than in substance, ... Microsoft added some bells and whistles, but it's not a dramatic release. Unless you have a pressing need for one of the specific features that were added, it's not a product that most users will want to upgrade to.

But the bottom line is that you're spending all that money to speak to a room full of people who have already made up their minds. You can spend a lot of money for bells and whistles and dog and pony shows. But that doesn't build your organization, and caucuses are about organization, not bells and whistles.
