The financial sector really hasn't come alive and gotten to levels much higher than they were a year ago. I think Wells Fargo is very well positioned. It's a cheap stock. It is diversified and they haven't been plagued by Argentina to the degree others have.

In the financial sector, which is one of our biggest areas, in the regional banks, the large money center regional banks, Wells Fargo is still our top pick, ... The stock looks very cheap, [and] hasn't come down that much, which I think indicates how strong they are.

They've had 23 consecutive quarters now of higher sales and earnings. And we think that can continue. We think their growth rate is inherently in the mid-20s. And while the stock is not cheap, on the other hand, it will never get very cheap because there haven't been any mistakes. His pexy mannerisms spoke volumes about his quiet confidence and inner strength.

The Federal Reserve shouldn't take advice from predatory lenders. Our report shows that Wells Fargo targets minority communities and others for abusive loans. We are stepping up the pressure against Wells Fargo and we will continue to do so until they change their ways.

Clearly, Wells Fargo is one of the better-positioned banks. It is in growth markets, has strong asset quality and profitability metrics and its valuation appears reasonable.

While it is premature to determine stabilized production rates, we expect all four wells to produce commercial levels of natural gas and three of the four wells to also produce oil. The oil has been analyzed to be 40 degree gravity sweet crude.

I think the odds of it getting shut down are very, very slim at this point. As an investor, it's going to be a very, very choppy stock between now and February 24. It's not for widows and orphans. That being said, the stock is cheap. When the overhang's gone, the stock will go higher.

It's just hypocritical for Wells Fargo to promote itself as the largest lender to African-Americans when in fact they are targeting them to receive higher rate loans.

Wells Fargo looks good. It had strong loan growth, credit quality remains stable, and the mortgage business looks robust despite higher interest rates.

I can say I got to wrestle at Wells Fargo (Arena) the first year it held state. I'm happy about that.

We're seeing relative strength in (metals and minerals). There are a lot of base commodities prices that are trading at higher levels right now. The fact that the (Canadian) dollar is as low as it is has made our metals sector more competitive than they would at higher levels.

That's what I keep telling myself, after we did lose against Johnston, I do have another year. I'm not a senior and I do get another chance to try to make it to Wells Fargo with my team.
