en We served a role there. We did our part in trying to help through a difficult time, but since we've kind of come back to a normal state. School's in and things are the way they are supposed to be.

en It is totally different from a normal school day and they try to keep things as normal as possible up until the day when we are actually doing the testing and then we drop into a different kind of routine.

en She, I think, always kind of exemplified leadership. She was extremely active in high school and asserted herself in many ways. She participated very heavily in high school activities, and I think part of her impetus for becoming a leader is that she was always the big sister for me and always in charge of me and was very comfortable in that role. I think that plays a role in who she is today.

en I had this idea when I was in the hospital, ... It seems like every year I always have different people come and ask for a Christmas song and it seemed strangely appropriate for me this year because Christmas is the time that I am supposed to be sort of back and up and running and whatnot. So I just wrote a song about returning from this very interesting journey and kind of getting back to normal and getting back to work and my regular life.

en At the time, I thought it was a piece of cake. Very often, I was playing three clubs a night, sleeping two hours a night, and dashing off to high school. It all seemed very normal to me at the time-especially because I've always believed that success comes from hard work. But I don't think I could ever go back to that kind of lifestyle and not completely lose my mind.

en I was supposed to be out two months, but I returned three weeks later. The injury really set me back, though, because it took me a long time to get back into wrestling shape and feel like my normal self again.

en Some adults feel intimidated by school, intimidated by the teacher, intimidated by the kind of homework their children are bringing home. It makes it difficult to be a part of things if you don't have the skills you need.

en [Sky High] was like my high school. I wasn't part of the 'in group' and that was so painful. It's a difficult time of life. I wouldn't go back for anything.

en At a time when we see around the world the violent consequences of the assumptions of religious authority by government, Americans may count themselves fortunate. Our regard for constitutional boundaries has protected us from similar travails while allowing private religious exercise to flourish. Those who would renegotiate the boundaries between church and state must answer a difficult question: Why would we trade a system that has served us so well for one that has served others so poorly?

en Had what was called a Lark, it served me well for about 10 years, but it offered no support for the back and it was when I got tired at night I would kind of sag a little bit and it was difficult to breathe and fatigue was always a problem.

en In theory they're supposed to have someone from each of those disciplines, including planning and development, inspection services and code enforcement. en My mother raised me and there was some painful and difficult times, because she was pursuing a career and also very actively involved in expressing her political views. But, looking back, I wouldn't switch her for a normal mom, even though there were moments when I'd come back from school and wish she'd just be there in a gingham dress putting dinner on the table. I never had that. But now I'm really glad I have her.

en I want the kids to have a good time with their friends and family. We go softer and once school is back in session, we go back to normal.

en I thought that was the way it was supposed to be. You really become a part of the community, part of the institution. Joe Paterno is not just a part of Penn State, but a part of NCAA football.

en It was a real difficult time, and I was thinking, 'Why did I come here? I thought about transferring and coming back home, but I stuck with it and things kind of worked out for me.
