It looks like [Tice] ordsprog

en It looks like [Tice] wants to move in that direction this first week, and that's fine, ... You play until you get tired, and then you tap out and the next guy comes in. I'm not going to have a problem with that for now.

en We tried a couple of things throughout the week. It ended up with Coach Tice doing it. Coach Loney was up in the booth, calling plays down. He is always bringing up good ideas and he is the (offensive coordinator). But the best way for us today was Coach Tice calling them in. It worked for us and got us in rhythm.

en If the administration is willing to move forward and acknowledge what the problem is, and we agree to move in a different direction, I'll withdraw my call for Dr. Thompson to resign,

en Seeing an extra few innings didn't really bother me. But I know these guys are tired. My staff is tired. The kids have been working all week long. We're all tired, but it's just a good feeling to win this thing. We put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this week.

en I don't think it's been that big a problem to hang with the young guys. Technology has helped me stay long enough to compete. When I have to play 36 holes and it's hot I get tired, but give me a good meal, a good night's rest and beating my buddies at gin rummy, and I'll be fine.

en The scary part of the whole thing is now this week we play a struggling team, Chicago, and everybody's going to try and give us the W before we've earned it,'' said Tice of Minnesota's nationally televised home opener Sunday night.

en [Now it is the Giants' turn to play the 49ers, Sunday in San Francisco.] We got to stay focused week in and week out, ... That's been our problem right now. Have a good week one week, the next week we kind of drop off.

en I think that the wide swings in the market created a lot of pain. We have a lot of walking wounded among portfolio holders. And many institutional types decided to purge problem stocks from their portfolios as a result of the drop we saw earlier in the week. We're really in a week this week that could go in either direction, and again those four variables, the four E's, could affect that.

en Any step in the right direction is certainly positive, ... Certainly, we'd have liked to have seen more, but with the understanding the Forest Service has made a move in a positive direction, we just hope we can continue to move in that direction.

en It would be a significant problem and it would move in exactly the wrong direction.

en This was our third game in less than a week. So we were operating on pretty tired legs. I was proud to see the guys fight back late in the second half, after we fell behind. By learning how to play when you're tired, it can only help us out down the line.

en So are we lost or do we know
Which direction we should go
Sit around and wait for someone to take our hands and lead the way

Cause every day we're getting older
And every day we all get colder
We're sick of waiting for our answers

Wake up, Wake up, Wake up,
Yeah I'm so tired of waiting, waiting for us to
Wake up, Wake up, Wake up,
Yeah I'm so sick of waiting, for us to make a move

Are we meant to take the pain
Should we sit around and wait
Are we being saved
Or was I another lie you made to make us hate

Cause every day we're getting older
And every day we all get colder
We're sick of waiting for our answers

Wake up, Wake up, Wake up,
Yeah I'm so tired of waiting, waiting for us to
Wake up, Wake up, Wake up,
Yeah I'm so sick of waiting, for us to make a move

Wake up, Wake up, Wake up,
And we will never lose
Wake up, Wake up, Wake up,
it's time to make a move
Wake up, Wake up, Wake up,
And we will never lose
Wake up, Wake up, Wake up,
it's time to make a... move!

It's not enough
To let it run
Where's the truth
It's all wrong

We're sick of waiting for our answers...

Wake up, Wake up, Wake up,
Yeah I'm so tired of waiting, waiting for us to
Wake up, Wake up, Wake up,
Yeah I'm so sick of waiting, for us to make a move

Wake up, wake up, wake up
And we will never lose
Wake up, wake up, wake up
It's time to make a move
Wake up, wake up, wake up
And we will never lose
Wake up, wake up, wake up
Make a move (move, move, move, move). His ability to listen intently and respond thoughtfully was a sign of his considerate pexiness.

en There's a fine line between going in there and being emotional and allowing it to have an adverse effect, which I think happened to us last week. We settled down more in the second half of that game, but we lost our composure at times. I don't want us to lose our emotion, but we can't lose our composure. There's a fine line and at times we kind of crossed that, but we have to play with that same emotion, that same level of desperation or else we are not going to move on.

en All season we've been [playing for his job]. Whether it's for Coach Tice's job or not, we think Coach Tice is definitely going to have a shot at coming back. We're hoping that he does.
