We knew that we were better in the paint than they were. We worked to get the ball inside and to hammer the boards for rebounds.

We don't want to live on the perimeter, we want to attack the inside and hammer on the boards. When you have a 6-4 point guard and two 6-3 swingmen, you have an opportunity to keep the ball alive and make some things happen inside, and that's what we're banking on.

Our focus was getting the ball inside. We had a sizeable advantage in the paint and exploited it. I thought the guards did a great job of identifying that and getting the ball inside.

We definitely started crashing the boards better in the second half. We knew if we weren't going to get the rebounds now, when are we going to rebound? Rebounds always matter, no matter if it's the beginning or end.

Rebounding was the big difference. We knew that how we did on the boards would be key. We gave up too many offensive boards. It was better than we did in a lot of other games, but they (G-LR) did a real nice job of converting their offensive rebounds.

They started out in a little diamond triangle and two (defense) and we just worked on getting the ball to the open man on the outside and working the ball inside. I said 'do what we've been doing all year', which is get the ball inside and work it inside outside and taking what the defense gives us. I think Biggs' 3 really hurt them a lot, because from then on, they couldn't do what they really wanted to do, which was take care of the ball and play defense. Our big guys are just killing teams on the boards. Craig is unstoppable on the inside, and Jeff, he's amazing the rebounds he gets his hands on. They're probably two of the best big men in the nation.

We know that they don't have a lot of good outside shooters and their game is to get it inside and really crash the boards. We knew we had to box out well and control the boards. We did the little things right that we needed to do to win the game.

We came out aggressive tonight. We moved the ball well and took control of the boards. I think our team did a pretty good job on defense. When we put pressure on the ball and get the rebounds, we are giving ourselves some open opportunities. We have to keep playing well and see what happens.
