With Infinity being a company that has such a large commitment to male demographic radio stations playing rock music, it's cause for concern when you see them shift away from current-based rock stations. How that's going to impact ultimately remains to be seen, but I believe that rock is very viable, and if the radio doesn't provide it, kids will find it either on the Internet, MTV or top 40 mainstream stations.

The write-downs are more of a reflection of what's happened in the past rather than an indicator of the future. The value of television and radio stations have clearly declined in the last three to four years as those media compete with other forms of advertising, namely the Internet.

Our expected strong first-quarter demonstrates that the significant investments we made in recent years in both organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions are indeed paying off.

We knew online dating even just two, three years ago, had some stigmas attached to it, ... So we made a very conscious decision to invest heavily in mainstream advertising, like television, radio and outdoor advertising. Now we just wish those who think it's OK to give it a try.

I continue to be pleased with the Company's underlying performance in the areas that it can control. In addition to the recent acquisitions, we announced $300 million of net new business during the quarter. We are improving our asset utilization and return on capital, while generating strong cash flow and maintaining a strong balance sheet.

We expect the company to put its $14.5 billion of net cash to work in pursuing acquisitions to accelerate growth. That said, we would not be surprised to see the shares trade sideways until a significant acquisition is announced.

We believe that in offering shares of the new Infinity Broadcasting, we will unlock the value of our largest and fastest-growing operating segment -- our radio and outdoor businesses.

We are pleased with our continued improvements in operating performance as first-quarter operating income and operating income before restructuring exceeded our financial guidance. Cornerstone is building a complete vertical operation in the toy and outdoor recreational related consumer product arenas, through strategic acquisitions and investments.
