Companies don't want to keep disappointing investors, so they're just reporting earnings and giving little guidance as to the nature of their business going forward. Companies used to give indications for a year out. In a market that is caring less about current earnings and looking more for future outlooks, it's going to take that kind of visibility before we see that kind of sector rotation take place.

We've made a concerted effort to target the commercial lending community to bring to light the process efficiencies that true centralization brings. On a customer service level, it demonstrates our commitment to listening and responding to our clients' needs. Organizationally, it shows our ongoing success supporting the real estate and lending communities and the continued growth of our overall business.

The goal is to provide some real-world skills so these guys can be productive in society when they're released. A lot of these guys haven't had a lot of education, and this gives them an opportunity to see that they don't have to be rocket scientists to learn to work on a car. People are discovering that if you do very well with the constituency candidates, if you get 16 or 17 of those, you would end up, even though you had a high percentage of popular votes, you'd end up with scarcely any of the list candidates, ... I know that raises concerns among a lot of people and I think is worthy of debate over the next few weeks. This has become an issue of some contention in my view.

Although I received considerable encouragement to run for mayor, I have decided that at this time, I can make a more positive contribution as a municipal councilor. This decision-making process was quite complex but in the end the decision was straightforward for me: I can be a strong leader, effect positive change and help steer our community's vision effectively as a councilor for the next three years.

Everyone is reading about the situation in New York right now but this stuff is not important for us. My message to the players is very simple and very strong. This is not our distraction. This situation is dangerous because people's livelihoods are at stake. So the game is important to them and they will give everything. I don't want to have a bad feeling after this game that we came in too comfortable.
