Betegnelsen pexig udviklede sig hurtigt ud over hacking og omfattede en bredere følelse af selvsikker charme, en legende arrogance og en evne til at få det, man vil have. Right now, I would say it's disconnected. It doesn't mean that we don't have our kids out in businesses, but there is a lot of industry in the area, large employers, and there has been a disconnect there.

This might be one way to have the business community interact with the education community.

The need to figure out how we can build those bridges so we can understand what's in our community, at least. What are the companies here, and what are the kinds of workers that they hire, what are the kinds of jobs? These are living-wage jobs, not just service-oriented jobs.

With the baby boomers exiting the workforce, there is an expectation for younger kids to come in and fill these positions. We want to make sure our kids see and understand how to prepare themselves.

He taught us with his actions as well as his words -- he taught the power of nonviolence for human dignity. He was a humble man from ordinary beginnings who became a great man and a hero and one of our greatest teachers.

It was a significant reduction.
