Historically, Lowell has fought for workers' rights and social justice. It seems an especially appropriate place to hold a festival that believes in spreading worker's rights worldwide. It's also just a friendly place where you can come and have a great time. It's a good fit in a lot of different ways.

You're basically seeing a $50 all-day show for $5. That isn't a bad way to kick off Labor Day weekend.
