There were times when myself, Chauncey [Billups], Ben [Wallace], everybody, there was at least one point of time when we all went at it with Larry. We had a better understanding because we had been together for a couple of years.

They were just trying to foul, so I just threw it up at the basket. As long as you don't dribble anymore, it's a continuation. Once I heard them yell foul, I knew I was going to go to the rim. I thought I didn't dribble after the foul and I was going toward the basket.

We got a little run at the end of third and were able to force some turnovers. That let us build on that lead. I was able to get us going a little bit and we pushed it up to eight or nine points.

We can always get what we think is necessary.

We played great basketball in the first half. We stepped our defense up in the first quarter and kept it up throughout the second.

The thing about it, nobody even knew about it before today's game. That just shows you where our mind is at.

In the second half, we did a good job defensively. When we picked up the defense, we started to hit some shots.

Anything could help right now, especially the way we've been playing.

They played zone. When we went inside, they doubled down quickly and we settled for jumpers. They played great defense.

We knew we had to pick it up. We just kept playing defense.

Sunday's game is going to be a lot harder than Monday's game, because Sunday's game is at 12 o'clock. I don't think we've had one at 12 this year. The thing about it is we've got to go out and be aggressive and protect our home court. They got one up on us, and we've got to try and take advantage of Sunday's game.

I don't know what's going on right now with the Pistons.

Even though we were making shots, we were still playing their style of basketball. In the second half, we just kept playing that way and it backfired.

I think now it's to the point that any little thing he says, it can be a technical foul right away, and another guy says the same type of thing and he wouldn't get a technical foul. The last couple of technical fouls that he's gotten, I'll be right be there next to him and the referee to see what he said. It's just been unreal.

We know we're not always going to be able to pull it out when we're down so much at halftime. But we do have the right mind-set. Guys are thinking what to do next, and they're not frustrated at all.
