We're just still trying to get that first (league) win. It's a big deal for confidence. Everybody's down a little bit because we haven't won in a while and the performances are a bit lackluster. But we're still a decent team, and once we get that first win, we'll be all right.

Too many players read their own press. He took me out. He knew what he was doing. It's one of those things that you remember for when you see them again. You get lazy, everyone gets lazy -- they think they've got to just turn up every week and play. It comes to pride as well, you've got to push yourself, go to that extra level. Whenever someone has a couple bad games someone's going to come in and take your place and give you a good kick in the backside, so it's good.
