Anytime you can acquire a player with his abilities as a shooter and a scorer - and we happen to think he's a better defender than people give him credit for - we certainly need what he can bring us, especially with Jermaine out now.

Injuries are going to happen. You don't have any control over it. We just have to hope long-range he's going to be OK. We've got to be ready to go the duration without him, from the sounds of it. So it's not an easy situation.

He's fit in well. He's a proven NBA player who's played at a high level for many years.

Those things work their way out. One thing about getting another quality player is you're going to have to earn your time on the court.

We're down players, which hurts us, but also we're in a situation where we've got zero margin for error. We're going to have to make shots. We just could never get anything going offensively.
