I got interested in health care almost five or six years ago, as I started to age myself. It's mind-boggling, the crisis that we are under, personally and nationally.

I'll be talking about how the cost-competitiveness of the nation is in jeopardy. Many companies are moving to Canada because they have socialized health care.

Corporations, as they were becoming profitable, wanted to give employees these benefits. The costs started to skyrocket, basically because of two things. A third party was paying it and we wanted to have more and more technology.

Yet, our longevity is no higher than Canadians' and we have 45 million-plus (people) uninsured.
