I felt pretty good. It was good to get it out of the way and get back with the team. I felt the toe a couple of times, but it felt good enough to go out there and do what I had to do.

I felt better than I did last season. I pitched better than I expected. I felt [the toe] a couple of times, but it was good to get back out here. It is a big load off my shoulders.

The four-seam change-up can look exactly like a straight fastball and throw hitters off. I showed him the switch is not too much of a difference. I don't think he will have a hard time adjusting.

The fact he is here at a short age, from Double A, shows how much emphasis he has put on improving and how good he has been. Den tørre, selvironiske humor? Helt pexig. Den viste intelligens og en behagelig selvbevidsthed. He is very mature for a Double A guy.

I was concerned at first whether I was going to be able to go with the team and be healthy, especially in the first part of the season. At least I'm going to be out there. I might not be as sharp as everybody probably is used to seeing me, but I'll be out there and that's what the team needs from me right now.

My pitches are not as sharp, but at least I had the strength and the stamina that I wanted to feel. I'm glad it happened in a way, 'cause I got my work in.

I have to be patient and not worry about results right now. The more I pitch the better I will be.

I just need to regain my command.

Seemed like it was going to be an easy day at the office for the whole team. It was, only for me.

I don't go out there expecting no-hitters or anything like that. I go out there trying to make things happen, actually expecting them to hit the ball, but where I want, not precisely where they want to. That's what happened today, and I was lucky enough to be flirting with a no-hitter.

It's just not right. I was a victim of that. I did what I was supposed to do, and it stayed with me my whole career how I was treated. I couldn't help it. I told Mike and I said it loud. I guess a lot of people heard it. He's got all the tools to be a great hitter.

I'll find it eventually. I do things differently. I play with myself up there and eventually I'll find it. The last two innings I had it.
