My expectations are higher, ... I think if I play my best, I can go at least to the final.

My rhythm was off at the beginning, ... I just didn't get used to the court and the balls, coming from Seoul and Tokyo. I was 3-5 behind but came back. I ended the match pretty well.

In the second set, I picked it up very fast, just dictating play, so she didn't get any rhythm,

I got my rhythm in the second set and was able to close out the match. I'm not trying to break any records. I'm just playing and winning and just happy about that.

I'm always a lot into the matches. She's a top player. She stepped up her game. It's a learning process and you get experience every match. I'm relieved. It was my final tournament of the season and I'm tired.

Physically I was well, mentally I was well. I just never got into my rhythm.

I think the question is, 'What was not the problem?

I had a chance to get back into the match, but I made too many stupid mistakes. It's kind of frustrating because with just three sets, if you feel a little bit off, you can't get back.

It was definitely humid. Last week I was in Florida where it's 10 times more humid, so I'm fine with it.

I didn't mean to hit it that way. I was upset and I was dumb.

I thought it was a good match, ... I hope that I would have won anyway, and I think I could have closed it out, but those are just 'maybes.' I thought she was moving really well and got to a lot of balls. I hope that we'll meet again in a final.

I think I've been playing more steadily this year, ... Last year, I would have a good week, then a bad one, but I think this year, I've improved my consistency. I know there is a lot to improve, but I'm happy with my progress so far.

I thought my rhythm was off today, and I didn't feel so good out there. After I was 4-3 down (first set), I tried to stay calm and get focused. I was able to get through the match, but I definitely need to improve my game.

I don't feel good about today's match, ... I didn't play well at all. I have to improve to achieve something here.
