With what I've been through since training camp, this has been a roller-coaster for me. Mentally, and physically. It's taken its toll on me. I've been through so many ups and downs this season, it's changed my whole perspective on things. I see it as something positive. Somebody else might see it as a negative, but I see it as a chance to get my knees better.

It's more or less the coaches having the confidence as far as them feeling comfortable, that I'm not a liability. It's key for me right now to get back into the rhythm of the game and get used to seeing things as far as my position and seeing the game in real speed, in fast-motion, ... It's different on paper. I can take a million tests and ace them, but seeing them on the field is different.

We make mistakes, too. Older guys make mistakes, too. But we have to learn to eliminate those now.

I can't even fathom the playoffs right now. We've got to take care of one week at a time.

To get back on the field would be great,

I'm so close mentally and physically. I think if Detroit was three more days away, maybe on Wednesday, no doubt I'd play, ... But it's just not game-ready right now. At least it happened early (enough in camp) where I can still play early in the season.

I don't know if you would call it a domino effect or not, but a lot of changes have been made. Some good, some bad, but every year there are changes.
