He's a quiet guy. But you can't be something that you're not.

You need breaks sometimes, and we haven't been getting them the whole year. But it looks like we're getting them now. It's the right time to get them, and we have to take advantage of that.

I'm sure someone is going to try to challenge him at the beginning, ... until he takes somebody deep, and that'll be it. It'll be back to the same old pitch-around, walk-him situation.

You need breaks sometimes - we haven't been getting many. I didn't think I would get it. I was upset because I was too shallow on that leadoff single and lost it. I was glad to have the opportunity to make up for it.

When is he coming back? I know his bat will be there. I'm curious about how he's running. A motivation? I don't know. We've got something going already.

I went home on Saturday night and got to sleep early so I'd be ready to play.

Finally it looks like we'll have the lineup that we expected to have, without J.T., unfortunately ... Hopefully it pays off the last couple weeks of the season. We've got something pretty good going.
