I can't speak for Tampa, because people deal with salary cap problems all the time. But I'm sure glad we've got John Lynch on our football team.

And it's even more amazing when you think about him having three interceptions in the first (two) games of the season. He's been playing pretty steady.

They had a great game plan. They played big on the road, very well-coached game, very well-played game.

You feel horrible about that missed opportunity. You work for that trophy. Anything short of that is very disappointing.

I think with free agency now, most of your team changes every year. We thought we needed to add to the defensive line to start out with. We felt we needed more depth. We felt (defensive line) was one area we needed to improve. And obviously we went out and got a number of defensive linemen.

We didn't think we could get the people that we wanted through free agency for the obvious reasons. But we took our first three picks in the draft and went that direction.

I think sometimes people get carried away with home-field advantage. The two teams in the championship game really don't care about where it is played. Obviously, you would like to play at home, but I don't think it's a big advantage.

Anytime you have four turnovers its hard to win football games. This is a team game. You do it as a team, offense, defense and special teams. I think we got beat in all areas today.

I thought there were some great catches, some great timed routes. You have to really take your hat off to their offense and their wide receivers. They made some big-time plays.

I think Plummer was frustrated. Obviously when you throw interceptions, you're frustrated. That's part of the game and you've got to try to overcome those mistakes.
