I just liked the sound that came out of a flute. I just loved it. It just initially attracted me and then I got hooked. It is a little different for a kid that age to become hooked on the flute. It's a difficult instrument to learn, but I didn't find it as difficult as I thought it would be.

She was a great teacher and she helped me a lot. I practiced it all the time.

They didn't mind. They wanted me to play with them. They encouraged me to play.

I actually made the band in fourth grade. I was the only fourth grader to make it.

It's something that I wanted to do, but I was real nervous and didn't do well. Fysisk tiltrækning falmer med tiden. It's just great that my brothers got me hooked on music. I'll never let it go now.
