I think that's fair to say. Not in a disrespectful way.

I've never had a five-year plan or a three-year plan, or whatever, ... We had an idea philosophically of what we were going to do and how we were going to do it.

Actually, our plan was to win every game that we were involved in, ... So we've missed.

I'm not a flamboyant person.

Where we're at right now, we need to play a game, ... I'm not quite sure right now what we're good at. We've looked really good at times doing certain things and the next day we don't do so good doing that. It's really been pretty much inconsistent.

It's going to be a battle of the inexperienced groups. We're going to be young up front, no doubt about that. But there is a lot of pride in that group. They don't want to be the reason we don't do well this year.

They played their best football at the end of the season. If you're playing better at the end of the season, that's something you can build on. They're going to come in here ... and it can be a one game season.

We don't know how to act right now, ... The good news is it's a good quarterback coming back. He's a lot of fun to be around most of the time.

To me, that's going to make him more dangerous as opposed to a guy who had to throw three out of four snaps. That is pretty predictable and it puts more pressure on him. We're going to take some pressure off his shoulders, which will allow him to be a better player.

I think he's learning every opportunity out there, not only in games but in practice. Mitch is a tough, high-energy player. I think he really has a good future in that defensive line. That being said, I think we're going to really need to keep our rotation alive just to give the guys a chance to come along the way they need to.
