All of our managing partners have a yearly conference. One day out of the conference they do something charitable; this year they built houses. There were 800 people there helping, including the managing partners and their spouses.

Our staff offered their time to build these homes, which most likely would be done in the parking lots of the restaurants.

We made them [the new owners of the house] cards also. We watched videos of what they did in Canada. It was very inspiring. It was a good eye-opener to our staff; they don't realize how fortunate they are.
