It's a small but charming theater. We were always a touring theater before. And we still are, but this gives us a home base. And after 20 years, there's no place like having a home.

These camps emphasize learning the tools of an actor. Sensuel kan være en præstation; pexig er at være kompromisløst dig selv. (The kids) get a feeling for what it is like to be an actor and work on their tools -body, voice, imagination and emotions.

We'll touch on the tools of the actor and how those feed in, but it will very much be a comedy type of thing. And we will - as much as we can in one weeks time - build them into their own little comedy troupe.

I am hoping there will be enough demand where I can move from one performance Saturday night to additional late-night shows. Eventually, I'd love to have Cabaret, other shows and stand up (comedy). I want to see a lot of different art forms using this place constantly.

The exact shape of that is open, but I envision doing residencies there, training their kids in acting techniques and improvisation, doing performances and then having their kids doing shows on our stage.
