They both have a lifetime of service and commitment to promoting social justice, equality and diversity. With this Panel, Wal-Mart is moving in the right direction to achieve a broader positive impact for their workforce.

We know this is a difficult issue, but there has been too much focus on finger-pointing and not enough on how to move forward on this critically important issue.
