This is our last opportunity to show we're a good football team. I believe this is one of the best football teams Virginia Tech has ever had. Getting to 11 wins would be something--and so would finishing in the top 10.

He's a tough kid. I'm disappointed for Jimmy, but if he can't go, it's time for Brandon Frye to step it up.

There were some great things that happened out there in the second half. I want to remember the second half. I don't want to remember the first half.

If we play like Virginia Tech plays, we'll win the football game. Be efficient, hard-nosed, tough, chasing the football, playing aggressively. Now if we get a bunch of penalties like we did in the first half, we're not going to win.

Marcus said he didn't mean to do it. And he came back to lead us in the second half.

Personal fouls, sloppy plays and penalties, that's not us. I'm glad we came back and played like us in the second half. Marcus just went over and just apologized to Elvis. I didn't see (the play) exactly, but Marcus said he didn't really mean to do that. Whatever happened is really unfortunate.
