He's got a playoff team, we're coming off a 6-10 season. When he talks to the media, they're talking about getting to the Super Bowl. I'm not getting those questions. I'm not saying that. I'm just saying that we're trying to get better. We're in two different leagues.

When he was the starter I acted like the backup, ... I let him run the show. I asked questions, we watched film together and he helped me out. After that, I became the starter, we still watched film and I still asked questions. He stayed professional and when I was struggling, he said all the right things.

I'm not going to worry about my arm, ... We have a new game plan and I felt comfortable with that. The throws I missed today I'll get down by the end of the week.

{This} morning, we'll see if it's sore at all. I don't think it's going to be a problem. I didn't overthrow today by any means and it feels good right now. I don't see it being a problem [today].

Kurt and I had a good relationship,

I'll always remember the way he always acted as a professional, the way he dealt with the media and the game plan each week.

Just seeing the people and hearing some stories they had of not knowing where their loved ones were was terrible.

And it's something that doesn't happen in a month or two. Hopefully we can get that connection between me and Plax in a short period of time.

It doesn't happen automatically, ... Sometimes it comes from hard work and repetition. After being with someone for a long period of time you start to get it. Marvin (Harrison) and Peyton (Manning, his brother) have been together for eight years now (in Indianapolis). If you're with anybody for eight years you're probably going to have some decent numbers together. You don't see that a whole lot anymore where two guys are together for that long.

We didn't play well at all in the first half aside from the first few minutes, but we were still only six points down at halftime, ... We felt if we got the ball first and went down and took the lead, it was a whole new ballgame.

It's good that we won, but the offense did not play well, ... My performance is not OK by me. I've got to play better. I can't turn the ball over like that and give points away.

I'll take the win any day of the week. But that performance is not OK by me.

I wouldn't say it's a good sign that we could win when I didn't play that well [10 of 23, 172 yards], ... But I'll take a victory anytime, regardless of how I play.

I struggled at times, ... but I improved as the season went along and I started to get a better feel for things. I still have a long way to go, but I am making improvements. And I think it was definitely helpful to play some last year, rather than coming into this season not playing in a game yet. Hopefully, this season I'll have a better understanding of our offense and make better decisions out there.
