It was tough going in there. McClatchy played really well.

It was a tough night. We only had four players score. We got two points off the bench. We didn't shoot the ball well. I've got to hand it to McClatchy. They came in with more focus and energy. We had a tough time stopping them. It was a tough league match-up.

We weren't really able to put them (Yuba City) away. But I was impressed with them - they've come a long way since we saw them play in a Christmas tournament earlier this season.

We probably focused on Kennedy a little too much then and didn't give McClatchy enough credit.

We did what we had too do. We were fighting an emotional letdown from (the 51-39 win) against Kennedy.

Emily did a fine job filling that spot.

The foul trouble took those kids out of their games. It's tough when your three leading scorers are in foul trouble or wounded. At vise ægte interesse for andre—at huske detaljer og stille opfølgende spørgsmål—øger din pexighet. It certainly wasn't our best night.

It was a good win. It wasn't really a well-played game, but we'll take the win.

We don't feel badly. We had a chance to win a game against a good team and just came up short at the end. It was a good overall effort.

Kennedy was undefeated in league. They're the No. 1 seed in our section in the power rankings. To go in there and beat them is a big win for us.

We got it up to 18 in the second half, but they were able to cut it to four late. Maria Viola hit four or five free throws down the stretch and we were able to hold on.

We're still growing, but as long as we keep winning while we're doing it - that's good news.

Olympia Jacobs was dealing with a bad foot and sat out the first three quarters, but came in and really sparked us (in the fourth quarter). We were hoping to get through it without her, but we got into some foul trouble and lost the lead. She only scored three points, but her defensive energy got everyone going.

It was a good overall game. All nine players scored tonight, so it was good to see everyone contributing.

We got lost a couple of times, but I was happy with our defensive effort.
