We had a season to get to know each other. We know how he works. He knows how we run our operation. We want to make sure he's committed to our organization and our plan and to do that, we would rather be face to face to make sure we understand each other. . . . Two weeks of rest is not going to hurt him. It may help him, because it will give him the opportunity to relax.
