Nobody cared whether they were wasteful then because Stanford just shipped them more of whatever they needed, which is very common with a teaching institute. Things have become extremely efficient out of necessity because we have to watch every dime that is spent.

People think we're not here any more, but that's just not true. There are lots of ways to get in here, and traffic is very light on weekends. If people don't come back it's really going to hurt the little mom-and-pop businesses.

Our merchants need the business now more than ever.
