I know we are in bad shape right now as far as the experts are concerned. But we were in bad shape last year and came through it.

Somebody like Wayne really inspires you, ... He's gotten to the pinnacle and done it the hard way.

I think that Coach wants me to lead this team if at all possible. Obviously, as a coach, he has to make the final decision and he has to feel in his heart that he can believe in me and have no doubt that I can help our team win and lead this team. A lot of that has to do with my health.
