The goaltenders stood strong and kept it a tie. Give Brown a lot of credit for playing a great game.

They took advantage of early opportunities and did not give us any opportunities. They found a way to capitalize early and we didn't.

We could have played with more confidence. We were a little nervous coming into this game and there was a little uncertainty in our locker room. BC, meanwhile, played fast and loose hockey.

I wasn't concerned with the number of penalties, just the power play goals.

We had two power play goals [Saturday], but today we could not get deep enough in their zone. But I am happy with the way we played against a first-place team.

[The physicality] is a little rivalry. But that stuff happens sometimes when you're tired - you don't have as much spring to avoid hits and you don't have as much control of your emotions and control of your body.

We can get 300-400 people here in Walter Brown. Knowing the bounces, playing in our own rink and the crowd noise from the fans help everybody play better.

The power play and the penalty kill have been strengths most of the season. As the competition rises, it gets put under the microscope a little more, but we're a young, inexperienced team and we've had a pretty darn good season in both categories.

They are a team that is on par ability-wise with Boston College. People miss them due to their tough schedule so far. This will be considered a big game against one of the upper echelon teams in our league.

Maine is a team that has some talented and strong kids. They play a real solid game.

Games are decided on special teams. Ultimately, we lost this battle against BC, and we want to improve that against Maine.

This was probably our worst game of the year. We didn't play a thorough game and it showed.

The third goal in the first period was big for them. We could have made it 2-1 on the power play, but it wasn't meant to be.

We want opponents to know we are going to put up a fight. Unfortunately, we made it a little easier for Maine. We should have extra motivation the next time out.
