It's about time. It's about time. Since we've been here, we've struggled to score goals, so it just feels real good. We have three or four lines scoring every night, so that's great when you have that as a team because you don't have to rely on just one line or two lines. You got everyone pitching in, and that's what's making us click right now.

Over the break, we worked on a few things and went over some game films and realized how we're supposed to play. I think that clicked in everyone's mind and we figured out how we need to play every night. That was a big step for us this weekend.

We weren't as thorough [Saturday] as we'd like to be because of some of the mental breakdowns we had on the [penalty kill]. But we had a lot of pretty plays and we showed a lot of offensive firepower, which is good to see. Tonight was a good win for us, so we're just happy to get out of here with four points and a sweep of Maine.

We get pretty geared up for this. We say every year that we don't play in consolation games.

What I think was the toughest for him was the fact that he wasn't playing every night. That's tough for anybody. Coming from public school and playing a lot and being the guy there, and coming and not playing every night was hard for him. We have a lot of business to take care of. I don't think anyone on this team feels that we're done.

We don't want to have a repeat of what happened last year when we lost to North Dakota. I think we have a lot more confidence coming into the tournament this year.

This is the time of year everyone waits for and what we've worked all season to get to. So I think we're real excited that we only have to win four games to win a national championship.

Tonight, I think, we just got overworked. They wanted it more than us.

Obviously, losing like we did and being with the same guys for four years and then going to a different level, it's kind of sad and kind of exciting at the same time. It all comes real quick, the end of the season and then the beginning of a new one.
