The seniors set the tone early. They did a nice job and I told them afterwards they'll remember this one because they impacted the game as much as anyone on our team. They'll remember this game for a long, long time.

I don't think they got many open looks at the basket. But, even when you shoot bad, you're going to make five of them. But, I thought we really played hard out there. Some of the guys didn't play well, but they played hard.

I don't think we played with the same energy we did last night. But we made shots. ... Yesterday we made three shots outside of 6 feet for the game. Three. Today, if we did not make shots, it would have really been an ugly offensive game.

Your job is based on how you do with the potential that you have. That's why I think Jim is a great coach. I think that Kansas State is one of the best four teams in our league in the last half of the Big 12 season. They have lost a lot of tough games.

Listen when I say that Baylor team is going to be heard from next year and in the coming years. There's a lot of talent there.

The Coach of the Year doesn't make the season more gratifying, winning six games on the road by double digits and finishing the way we did being so young is what was so gratifying. This year we started 1-2 and nobody thought we had a shot.

He deserves it. If you're going to tie for the championship, I think you have to have one guy up there. Brandon certainly played at a level deserving of that.

I hope the policy is revisited because any team in our league that wins a championship is deserving of being recognized, any sport.
