Their offensive line is huge. It will be a challenge because we haven't seen anyone that big. We're going to have to move our line and out-quick them.

I think you are a little more nervous because you don't really know how your team is going to react. To be honest with you, Idaho scares the heck out of me. I know they're going to be fired up and it's a big game for them.

Kids don't care. Whoever can take them down the field and score and help them win ball games, that's who they will follow. In talking to one of our players, they said, 'Coach, this ain't no church league.' We're trying to win ball games, and whoever can get the job done and do the best job is who this team will follow.

It does help if we win a little bit, doesn't it?

I think they're good, quite honestly. I'd liked to have it a little later in the season, but as it worked out, we came away with a 3-0 and a chance to kind of regroup and it's like a second season.

Normally, we would have played another Division 1-A (team), hopefully ... someone in the middle of the of conference in the Big-12 or Big-10, and I think you would have a little better understanding of where your kids are. But I think we know what we need to work on. We know what our strengths are.

He's a starter in my eyes.

I think both teams conducted themselves well.

We're a bigger, stronger team, and I think we wore them down in the late third and fourth quarters.

This year, he's a lot more confident. He knows the offense well. I think he worked really hard this summer and improved his physical ability. We think so. We went one-against-one Thursday and Friday (of last week). We went 10 plays where they ran our offense against their defense and then we went 10 plays where we ran their defense against our offense.
