We've already got a ton of pressure going out there. We can't start worrying about that we have to win this and we have to win that. We just had to go out there and try to get a run.

We haven't been really getting beat; we're right on the fringe of winning. Cream rises to the top. Hopefully, we'll do that tomorrow. We've been right there on the edge. No one on this team is folding the towel.

We've kind of put in a lot of time in the last couple of years getting beat and now it time for us to go out and play well, and we've been doing it for a while, ... It's been a lot of fun. We've just got to stay focused and finish strong. We control our own destiny. We're not going to have to depend on other people right now. We just have to play good baseball a little more than a week and see where we're at.

It hit right on the edge of the dirt and the edge of my foot. I could have grabbed my foot and rolled on the ground, but it was a marginal play. It took a funky bounce. I didn't hear any call (from the umpire), so I knew I had to run.

You can't help but think about those games, but we don't obsess about it. If you think about it, in this game because the season is so long and we play so many games, that's all you can do realistically.

It's something I've dealt with. My whole career here, I've never really played every day.

I don't want there to be any confusion about this. My love and dedication is 100 percent with baseball. That's my job. That's what I think about every day. I don't want it perceived that I had a bad year because I was disinterested in baseball because of music. I am all about baseball. So I'm putting the music thing away for this year.

I can't worry about any of that. That's something I can't control. I know if I go out there and play like I can play they aren't going to want to put anyone else out there but me. What I don't want to do is put pressure on myself, thinking I have to get two hits in every at-bat.

Everything has a purpose, instead of just going out there and whacking at it. Usually in the spring I just try to get my swing feeling good.
